  • Sea Freight
    The Ark cabin structure when flat packed for transportation is designed in accordance with a standard ISO shipping container. The corner casting structure enables lifting capability utilizing a crane in the same manner as a standard ISO shipping container.
  • On Site Transportation
    The dimensions of the forklift pockets on the cabin structure is 85mm* 260mm which enables forklift capability on site.
  • Road Freight
    Due to the structure being the same dimensions as a standard ISO shipping container road freight is efficient and easy to handle the cargo.

  • Turn-key solution due to all components being flat packed, including the roof structure, floor, wall panels, doors, windows and interior decoration.

  • The ARK cabins can be assembled and then disassembled for re transportation via road, train or sea.
  • Individual cabins can be linked together to form larger structures at ease through the Ark Smart linking kit.

Design & Engineering

Our experienced team of designers including skilled CAD designers and 3D designers have the capacity to deliver outstanding designs for your project.  Our design service is provided free of charge to all clients to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with local standards.  If you require more complex engineering of structures such as load baring capacities we can also provide this service for a fee. We look forward to delivering exceptional designs and advice for your project.



Manufacturing

With over 10 years manufacturing experience in modular structures and clients from all geographic regions, ARK has the capability to deliver both within budget and within the specified time frame to meet the requirements of the scope of works. Production capacity at the factory is currently 50 units per day (capacity to increase) achieved from over 200 full time factory workers and over 15,000sqm of factory under roof.
The ARK modular unit has been endorsed and tested to meet specific standards in various geographical regions such as CE in Europe and compliance with the Australian Building Code has already been certified through an independent Engineering report The factory has adapted an ISO 9001 management system and prides itself on innovating new technologies for ‘sustainable’ accommodation buildings and energy efficiency. Quality Control (QC) is one of the most critical elements of any project and our QC staff are knowledgeable and pay attention to detail on the production quality of what is being supplied to all our customers.
Whilst the factory specialized in the production of flat-pack modular structures from 8*10 up to 8*30 in size we also produce modified container conversions and specialized steel structures such as explosion rooms, spray booths, chemical storage containers etc.  If you have a specific requirement for a specialized steel structure then please contact us.

Construction

If you have a small or large project our construction team of engineers, plumbers, electricians, cabinetmakers and supervisors can assist. We have the capacity to provide civil work as well as the erection of any complex building design.  We also provide an advisory service to assist on the construction requirements of the project and full project management if required.
